Services to support caregivers who give
of their time, support and care to the elderly having had a stroke.
Together, we will determine your needs and will elaborate your objectives and take action in order to achieve them.
We hare here for you!
We support you, the caregiver.
We are flexible and adapt ourselves to various types of demands:
- Individual meeting
- Short or long-term follow-up
- At home, the office or others
- During the week
- During the day or evening
- All this free
For example, we can:
- Guide you for filling in documents.
- Accompany you for certain procedures like lodging one of your family members.
- Refer you to resources/specialized services.
- Offer you time to be heard and vent.
- Inform you of themes related to your care, like your rights, etc.
Together and with a psychosocial support, we will work to establish a respite service. This is not a caretaking service but a structured one where your loved one will enjoy stimulation activities as you take time for yourself.
We are here for you!
We encourage you to take time off caregiving for a while peacefully. The anchoring of this service and your loved one is one of our priorities!
